The design and construction of a new high-quality office facility for The EMS Group, a global marketing and healthcare solutions business, which invested in new premises and technology in the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone.

C4 Projects were appointed as Lead Architect and Project Manager/Employer’s Agent for the design and construction of a new high-end office facility within an existing open plan warehouse.

The works included the installation of a new external façade around the offices as well as the installation of a new roof. The envelope works were designed to enhance the appearance of the building and upgrade the fabric to meet Building Regulations requirements.

A new concrete mezzanine floor was installed to create a two-storey office within the existing warehouse. The brief for the internal finish of the offices reflected the high quality standards that Event Marketing Solutions provide to their clients, the offices being their headquarters and the hub of their sales drive.
